I don’t do much bird or wildlife photography but when I get a chance to it’s always very enjoyable. Maybe the future will bring more my way.

This is the ever present Upland Sandpiper. Yep we have sandpipers right here on the prairies. Migrating back to the prairies and flint hills in spring and spending it’s time here until the fall season takes it back down south. They are a very neat bird to watch. You can tell the upland sandpiper by the way it lands. Up stretching it’s wings and gently bringing them down to it’s body. Another wonderful bounty of the prairies.
