It was around this area of the photowalk last Saturday that I got left behind due to my own choosing. I just found to many interesting things to take pictures of.
The urban type of photography has turned out to be quite fun for someone who concentrates almost 100% of his time to nature type of images. Old abandoned buildings and warehouses seem to hold much interest when placed in the view finder. It can be educational to use the camera in ways that are somewhat unfamiliar. If you find yourself in a spot where maybe you don’t have the time to travel far and seek out new landscapes it’s worth the time to just find a nearby location and start taking pictures. After all, photography is still photography no matter what the subject.
