Things happen, I get it. I would first highly recommend you pay close attention to where you save items such as purchased downloads. You are allowed to make a backup copy for your own personal use. But hey, I have misplaced items on my computer too. If you are positive you have lost or accidently deleted the download you have purchased, just contact me. I can provide a one time replacement at no cost.
