I was out running around last Sunday evening and of course I had the p80 with me. I had about 20 extra minutes so I swung by the Kansas Museum of History to see how some of their flower beds were doing. Still a little early for summer time things which seems like what they mostly plant. But down at the end of the parking lot is a small pond and the water Lilly’s were blooming. Well naturally I stopped and played around a bit with these wonderful yellow blooms and vertical foliage.

This shot was worked up with an extra round of sharpening then an Orton effect layer was added and then eliminated the screen layer darkening it down more.
