Playing around with some cut flowers awhile back. I took this Gerber daisy and set in a bright window area then added some additional light under it shining up to help provide additional back lighting. The shots turned out the way I expected, concentrated on exposing the brightest areas. This shot was then worked up with a Topaz Adjust layer using one of the many presets available.
