More snow coming down this morning and cold winds. My front yard has these pods lying on the ground from a sweetgum tree. I have been wanting to take a picture of them but they seemed fairly uninteresting just lying on the winter grass. So with the snow helping me out I took this shot, again with my P80 in macro mode. This snow is like cotton, I liked the softness against the pointy hardness of the seed pods.
