© Brad MangasIn search of color I spent some time in the flinthills yesterday and like usual things always look better to me in the flinthills. Trees seem typical with lots of yellows making their presence known but the land of the tallgrass’s has some nice variety of native plants doing some colorful stuff. The goldenrod has turned to it’s lighter yellowish too almost white heads as the go to seed, the sumac is still vibrant red and even some of the shrubs and forbs such as rough leaf dogwood  has some color to it. This shot has no additional saturation added to it just a simple curves adjustment.
