A shot I couldn’t pass up as I walked down the street. As mentioned I was trying to capture reflections in the windows with my street walking photographer mindset. I liked this as soon as I seen it. It stirred up the notion of the main subject and then the reflection of that subject. There are not many things along the sidewalk you can to that with, but this sunflower art piece seemed made specifically for it.
I added some smoothness to it with a Topaz Detail layer and then added a good amount of grain in photoshop over that. With a mask over the grain added layer I then removed it from the foreground sunflower leaving the grain strong in the reflection.
